Kemi-Tornionlaakso Municipal Education and Training Consortium Lappia Vocational College is situated in Finnish Lapland by the Swedish border. The headquarters is situated in Tornio. In addition, it provides educational services in the towns of Muonio, Kolari, Pello, Tervola, Keminmaa, Kemi and Simo.
The schools of the consortium provide vocational upper secondary and higher education in western Lapland.
